I am often asked who I work with - it is you, a regular human who has experienced life. We can hit a difficult part of life and it knocks us, this can lead to anxiety, depression, relationship or work difficulties and impact on our functioning and confidence.
My job is to offer you high quality treatments and psychotherapy. To work with you to develop the understanding, insights, techniques and strategies you need to work through this.
With 20 years experience, BABCP accredited, experienced in both the NHS and Private Sectors. I am able to help you to understand the difficulties you have been experiencing and work through these using evidence based, practical methods and strategies.
CBT helps you to learn about the interaction between your thoughts, emotions, behaviours and bodily sensations. We work together, it is a collaborative therapy.
Taking care of our mental health often starts when we reach the point of difficulty or crisis. My aim is to support you, to offer early intervention and prevention if possible and effective treatment at a point of crisis.
Therapy allows deep healing work and treating mental ill health, disorders with exploration, discovery and recovery.
Coaching
